Welcome to this blog. This blog is dedicated to wildlife around the world. Animals are fascinating, especially in the wild. But in the news every day we hear about how quickly ice caps are melting, how many species became extinct, how many hectares of rainforest are disappearing and ultimately how destructive human beings are to the wild animals.
To be empowered
The question then becomes how we can help and change the status quo. Most of us are just ordinary people. We work, eat and spend just like everybody else. This is partly true. We shall never underestimate the power in our hands. When we work, have we thought about the way we conduct our daily duties? We consume every day, so every dollar we spend is a vote for the world we want to like. Therefore, we are ordinary but powerful individuals.
But the power of an individual is rather limited unless we pursue a common goal with a untied spirit. Take an example, when we alter our spending habit in a concerted efforts, the business people will notice the consumer preference and cater for our environmental consciousness. To maintain the motivation to eliminate the threats faced by the wildlife, we need information. That's why I am hosting this blog.
